the show was about sonic and his friends the freedom fighters trying to
stop robotnik after he took over the world
the show ran for two seasons but a third season was planned
the main charater was of course sonic but the second mc is sally acorn
she was the princess of the city mobotropolice
before robotnik took over now she is leading the freedom fighters
unlike other princesses in media at the time she is strong and capable
but not on the level of "i dont need no man"
it's perfectly balanced
